• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 3 TBS white sugar
• 1 1/3 cup milk
• Vegetable oil, for frying
