- ⅓ cup apricot nectar (or orange juice)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (or ½ teaspoon ground)
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 3-4 Pittman & Davis Honeybells, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon Honeybell juice
- 1 teaspoon Honeybell zest
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ⅓ to ½ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed (about 7-8 full crackers)
- 2-3 Pittman & Davis Honeybells, peeled and segmented
- 9 oz peach jello mix, divided (6 oz + 3 oz)
- 3 cups boiling water, divided (2 cups + 1 cup)
- 1 cup cold water
- 8 oz Cool Whip or True Whip (thawed if frozen)
- 3-4 fresh Pittman & Davis Honeybells, peeled and segmented
