  • ½–1 fresh red chilli
  • ½ a bulb of garlic
  • ½ a bunch of fresh basil (15g)
  • 1.5kg ripe cherry tomatoes, on the vine
  • 300g dried alphabet pasta
  • 80g Cheddar cheese
