Two-Potato Topped Cottage Pie

Ingredients

• 1 Carrot diced
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 c Pearl barley
• 1 Onion chopped
• 2 ts Parsley
• 1/2 c Red wine
• 2 c potatoes Mashed
• 2 c sweet potatoes Mashed
• 2 ts Basil
• 5 md Kohlrabi bulbs peeled and chopped
• 1/2 c Mushrooms chopped
• 1 c Vegetable stock
• 1 rib Celery sliced
