- 200 grams cold butter
- 100 grams icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk

- juice and zest 9 lemons
- 8 free-range eggs
- 500 grams caster sugar
- 250 grams plain flour
- 400 grams frozen blueberries
- 45 grams packet freeze-dried blueberry slices (we used Fresh As)
