- 3-1/4 qt TURKEY STOCK
- 1/2 c oregano, dry leaf
- 2 tbsp basil, dry leaf
- 1/4 c thyme, dry leaf
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- Freshly ground pepper To Taste
- 8 lbs spaghetti, dry
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 1-1/2 lbs Parmesan cheese, grated
