Ingredients

• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 lb GROUND TURKEY
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 19 oz Can tomatoes, coarsely chopped
• 1 5-1/2 oz Can tomato paste
• 1/2 c water
• 1/4 c dry red wine
• 2 Stalks celery, chopped
• 1 Medium carrot, chopped
• 1 tsp dried basil leaves
• 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
