• 2 onions chopped
• 1 pond carrots peeled and chopped
• 1-1/2 pounds sweet potatoes peeled and chopped
• 8 cups chicken broth
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 2 tablespoons honey
• salt and pepper to taste
