• ½ cup vinegar
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1½ kg whole chicken
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp garlic paste
• 1 heaped tsp paprika powder
• 2 heaped tsp crushed red chili
• 1 tsp crushed black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp mustard paste
• 3 tbsp oil (for frying)
• 1 cup water
• 2 bullet green chilies
• 3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
