Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1 lb. stew beef, cut in chunks the size you'll want to pick up on a fork (uncooked)
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 package instant onion soup
• 1/2 cup water
• mushrooms if you want (personally I don't want, but a lot of people vote me down on this one)
