• 6 Granny Smith Apples
• 1 TB Lemon Juice
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 4 TB Whipping Cream
• 4 TB Butter
• 1/2 cup Flour
• 3 TB Sugar
• 1 TB Butter
• 2 Toffee Bars (scrape off chocolate and crush)
• 1 beaten egg white
• 1 TB Sugar
