- 100g Dark chocolate
- broken into pieces
- 50g Cocoa powder
- 250g Rich tea biscuits
- broken into large pieces
- 50g Raisins
- 3 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
- 75g Maraschino cherries
- halved
- 50g For the topping:White chocolate
- 50g Dark chocolate
- 50g Milk chocolate
- You will also need20cm (8in) square tin
- lined with baking parchment
