Ingredients

• 3-4 handfuls bean sprouts
• 5-6 small carrots
• 300g chicken breast
• 3 eggs
• 1 bunch green onions
• 1 tsp hoisin sauce
• 2 tbsp MSG
• 750g quick cooking noodles
• 2 tbsp Sambal Oelek
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
• a few dashes fish sauce
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oil
• 60ml oyster sauce
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp white pepper
