Ingredients

• 1 - lb. extra lean ground beef
• 1 - lb. sausage-i only use jimmy dean, have tried other brands but we didn't like them
• 1/2 - medium green bell pepper, seeds removed, chopped
• 1 - medium onion, chopped-i only use vidalia
• 1 - stalk of celery, chopped
• 1 - cup plain bread crumbs
• 1 - extra large (or large) egg
• 1/8 - cup worcestershire sauce-i only use french's, have tried the other major brand, but it wasn't liked
