Ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 1/3 cup / 75 ml granulated sugar
• 1.5 cups / 375 ml unsweetened shredded coconut
• 1/4 tsp / 1 ml vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp / 1 ml lemon zest
• 2 tbsp / 25 ml sliced almonds
