Chicken Korma Recipe
This chicken korma, is prepared with coconut powder, yoghurt, and double cream. A thick, creamy, mild chicken curry with lots of flavour.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion (Finely diced)
- 500 g Chicken
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Coconut Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 100 ml Yoghurt
- 100 ml Double Cream
