• 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
• 3 tablespoon Apple juice concentrate thawed
• 2 tablespoon Red onion minced
• 1 3/4 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg ground
• 1/2 teaspoon Ginger ground
• 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
• 1 cup Red onion thinly sliced
• 2 large Apples peeled, cored, diced
• 5 each Romaine Lettuce Hearts halved
• 3/4 cup Pecan toasted, coarsley chopped
