- 3 Tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping (divided)
- 2 ½ cups milk
- 6.8 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix ((2 packages at 3.4 ounces each))
- 15 ounces pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
