- 1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch + 5 tablespoons water (mixed thoroughly)
- 4 bundles fresh thin wonton noodles

- 8 teaspoons infused garlic oil
- 4 teaspoons sesame oil
- White pepper (to taste)
