Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small onions, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 400g passata or chopped tomatoes
- 350ml chicken stock
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp unami paste (optional)
- 1 packet of pork meatballs (approx 16 meatballs) (preferably organic)
