White Chocolate Rocky Road Recipe | Chelsea Sugar
Rocky road is the perfect festive gift. Package up as Christmas crackers by wrapping in cellophane and tying the ends with a pretty ribbon.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups Chelsea White Sugar
- 4 Tbsp cornflour
- 6 Tbsp white grape juice
- 2 tsp rose water
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped pistachio nuts
- A few drops red food colouring
- ½ cup Chelsea Icing Sugar
- 400g white chocolate, chopped
- 165g Turkish delight, coarsely chopped (recipe above)
- 100g plain digestive biscuits, coarsely chopped
- 85g pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 50g marshmallows, coarsely chopped
