This Christmas rocky road is easy to make and brings festive cheer with white chocolate, green glace cherries, marshmallow and macadamias.
Ingredients
- 700g white chocolate, chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon macadamia oil
- 200g white marshmallows
- ½ cup (60g) flaked or shredded coconut
- 125g Lotus Biscoff biscuits, broken into large pieces
- 150g green glacé cherries
- 20 (200g) Raffaello chocolates
- 250g macadamias, lightly toasted
