Guajillo Coleslaw - Stuart's Spices

Ingredients

• 2 cups purple cabbage, finely sliced
• 2 cups green cabbage, finely sliced
• 1 1/2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
• 1 1/2 cups mayo
• 2 Stuart’s Spices Guajillo Peppers , rehydrated in 1 cup hot water
• 1 teaspoon Stuart’s Spices Rochester Pepper Blend
• 2-3 limes, for juice
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Optional : Slice up some fresh bell pepper before serving
