- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
- 2 2-1/2 pounds (6 large) ripe peaches, peeled, sliced into 1/2-inch wedges
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, lightly toasted
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
