• 1 cup walnuts (crushed)
• 1 Tbl spoon sugar
• A pinch of cinnamon and clove powder
• 1 Tbl spoon rosewater
• Melted butter for the pastry sheets
• 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
• Espresso coffee syrup
• 1 cup of water
• 1 cup of sugar
• Zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon
• 1 stick of cinnamon
• 1-2 cloves
• 1 double espresso coffee
