- 125g dark brown sugar
- 75g maple syrup, Grade A Amber (or you can substitute with corn syrup)
- ¾ tsp Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 15-20g Drizzle Vanilla Ice Cream of choice
- Whipped Cream
