Ingredients

• 2 cups of Mission Tomato Flavoured Tortilla Chips
• 1 tomato, chopped
• ½ Red onion, chopped
• ½ cup black beans
• 1 handful cilantro, chipped
• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
• 1 tsp Mexican chilli powder
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 lime, juice
• Salt and pepper
• Sour cream
• 200g steak
