• 1 C Heavy Cream
• 4 oz Italian Cheese Blend
• 1 Tb Dijon Mustard
• 2 Boneless Pork Loin Chops (butterflied)
• 1/4 C White wine
• 1/4 C Heavy Cream
• 2 Tb Flat leaf Parsley (chopped)
