Recipe Cranberry Orange Relish Ocean Spray

Ingredients

• 2 cups Fresh Ocean Spray cranberries
• 1 large Orange Peel and finely chop including white pith
• 1 teaspoon Orange zest Finely grated zest from the same orange
• 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
• 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
• 1 tablespoon chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
• 1 tablespoon orange liqueur (optional)
