- 1 Tsp onion powder
- 1 Medium egg
- 1/2 Tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 Tsp all spice
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 40g Butter
- 40g Gluten Free Plain Flour
- 300ml Beef Stock
- 100ml Plain Low Fat Yoghurt
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce / Tamari
- 1/2 Tsp English Mustard
