This is the only way my husband will even think about eating corned beef. Typically he thinks corned beef is vile - LOL!

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 8 red potatoes
- 1 medium head of cabbage
- 2 medium onions
- 1/2 lb baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
