- 3/4 pound(s) bacon (i use pre-cooked - much less messy)
- 3 tablespoon(s) butter
- 3 tablespoon(s) flour
- 3 cup(s) hot milk
- 1 cup(s) shredded raclette (plus 1/2 cup for topping)
- 1 cup(s) shredded gruyere
- 1 cup(s) shredded fontina
- 1/2 cup(s) Panko bread crumbs
- - fine sea salt
- - freshly ground black pepper
- - freshly grated nutmeg
