Ingredients

• 1 cup cold, unsalted butter, cubed (16 Tbsp.)
• 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 large egg yolks
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark)
• 1/2 cup softened, unsalted butter
• 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
• pinch of salt
• 8 oz. full-fat cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• splash heavy cream, as needed
