- egg wash 1 egg with 1 tsp water
- Poppy seed filling: 1/4 c honey
- 3/4 cup poppy seeds
- 3/4 cup almonds or hazelnuts
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1tsp lemon zest
- 3 Tbsp. butter
