Ingredients

• 225g butter
• ½ cup honey
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup wholemeal flour
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• Zest of 1 orange
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup Dole banana, peeled & mashed
