Texas Style Meatloaf | Just A Pinch Recipes
This is a recipe I use that has all the things we like in our meatloaf. The V-8 juice is what gives it that extra kick!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound(s) ground chuck
- 1/4 cup(s) saltine cracker crumbs
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup(s) v-8 juice
- 14 ounce(s) tomato sauce(or brown gravy)
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
- 1/3 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) onion diced small
