• 3 lbs. ground chuck
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 c crushed saltine crackers
• 3/4 c dried bread crumbs
• 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbs dried parsley
• 1 1/2 c crushed tomatoes (or you can use ketchup or tomato sauce)
• 1/2 c whole milk
• 2 tsps each, garlic powder & Italian seasoning
• 1 bell pepper chopped
• 1 med onion chopped
• Ketchup for topping
