Fruit Cake - Nisha's Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 ¼ cup plain flour
• 1 cup self raising flour
• 2 eggs
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 table spoon margarine
• 100g soft butter
• 1 cup brown castor sugar
• 1 cup fruit mix
• 1 cup cherries (combination of red, green, and yellow)
• 2/3 cup liquid milk
• 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
