• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 jar strawberry jelly (12 ounces)
• 3 tbsp orange-flavoured liqueur or lemon juice
• Red food colouring (optional)
• 1 quart whole fresh strawberries (halved)
