• 2 medium lemons, grated rind and juice
• 150 ml port
• 225 g butter softened
• 250 g plain flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 tbsp black treacle
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp mixed spice
• 100 g peacan nuts
• 100 g hazelnuts
• 175 g glace cherries
