Pear Upside-Down Cake Recipe - High Tea Society

Ingredients

• 125 Grams butter
• 125 Grams sugar
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 250 Grams self-raising flour
• 1/4 Teaspoon salt
• 1/2 Cup milk
• 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla essence
• 60 Grams brown sugar
• 60 Grams unsalted butter
• 2-3 pears poached & thinly sliced (425g can sliced pear drained is also an option.)
