Ingredients

• 1 bag salad greens
• 1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped
• Cherry tomatoes
• 200g cooked prawns from the supermarket fridge section
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
• 1 nest of egg noodles cooked
• 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons ground ginger
• 2 teaspoons ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon salt
