Tandoori Chicken Cheesy Rice recipe by Bint

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
• 2 cups rice it can be a little more - cooked
• ½ green pepper cut into smallish chunks
• 1 tomato cut into smallish chunks
• 1 medium onion cut into smallish chunks
• 1 tablespoon cruhsh garlic
• 3 Tablespoons tikka sauce
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 2 tablespoon oil
• Black pepper
• Salt to taste
• 2 tablespoon aminas tandoori masala
• 1 tbp aminas tikka marinade
• ½ teaspoon turmeric
• 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder
• ½ teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
• ½ chillie powder
• garlic butter
• 1 cup julliened carrots
• ½ cup cubed colour peppers
• ½ chopped onion
• 1 cup mushroom sliced
• 4 potatoes cubed, spiced and fried
• 2 cups chedder
