Mesquite Roasted BBQ Potato Salad • Rustlin' Rob's Gourmet Texas Foods

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup Rustlin' Rob's Mesquite Barbecue Sauce
• 1 tablespoon juice from a jar of pickled jalapenos (see Cook's Note)
• 1/2 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1/4 cup sliced green onions (set a few aside for garnishing the top)
