- 1 egg
- 2 cups Bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese

- 2 big hanfuls baby spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms diced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt and pepper and/or your favorite herbs
