Ingredients

• 8 ounces Premio Sweet Italian Sausage Meat
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 cup sour cream
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 6 ounces pepper jack cheese, shredded and divided
• 1/3 cup Poblano pepper, minced
• 1/4 cup red bell pepper, minced
• 1/4 cup onion, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• Additional minced fresh cilantro, for garnish
