Sticky Bbq Chicken Drumsticks recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 1kg drumsticks
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 4 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
• 4 tablespoon soy sauce
• 4 tablespoon bbq sauce
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1. Cook chicken till just done in oil, lemon, ginger, salt and pepper.
• 2. Boil sauce ingredients till thickened and coats chicken well. Use remainder sauce to serve as dipping sauce.
• 3. Garnish with chopped spring onions & serve with fries or egg fried
