Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 onion, chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 5 oz mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
• ½ tsp kosher salt, plus more to taste
• ¼ tsp black pepper, plus more to taste
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes
• 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth, plus more if needed
• 2 cups milk
• 8 oz farfalle pasta
• 8 oz ricotta cheese
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese
• 4 oz fresh spinach
• 2 Gelson’s chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
• 4 oz Gelson’s shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
