Ingredients: 1 (12oz) Package of Klement's Uncured Beef Franks; 6 Pre-cut hot dog buns; 2 Cups of shredded monterey jack cheese; 2 Cups of shredded cheddar cheese; 1 Stick of butter, melted; Heat a large skillet over medium heat, grease or use nonstick.; In a small bowl, combine monterey jack cheese and cheddar cheese.; Carefully slice each Chicago dog the long way without cutting through completely. In the skillet next to the bun, place your chicago dog face down and cook for two minutes on each side.; Place the browned Chicago dog on the inner flattened side of the bun and sprinkle with more of your cheese mixture.; Close the bun around the chicago dog and let the grilled cheese hot dog simmer, melting the cheese inside. Serve with condiments of choice and enjoy!
