- potato 2 large (peeled, boiled & mashed)
- Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup (grated)
- plain flour 2 tbsp
- bell pepper 1 small (finely chopped)
- sweet corn 1/2 cup (i used canned)
- red chilli powder 1 tsp
- bullet green chilli 3 (finely chopped)
- egg 1
- salt 1/2 tsp
- bread 8 slice (cut it in 4 pieces)
- fresh coriander 2 tbsp
- sesame seeds 3 tbsp
